Sean Keith worked as a prosecutor immediately upon graduating from law school. He tried his first jury trial the first month on the job and prosecuted a murder case within his first year of practice. Sean’s passion for helping victims of those crimes has poured over into his work in helping victims who have been wrongly injured. After several years of working as a prosecutor, Sean opened up a private practice with a passion to continue to help those who have been injured through no fault of their own. His entire practice is focused on and devoted to helping those who have been injured through no fault of their own.
Anna Betts joined Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik, PLLC, after graduation from law school. From her very first day of law school, her desire was to help those who had been victimized, either by an individual or by a corporation. Herdesire to work on behalf of people who have been mistreated by giant insurance companies is what led her into helping persons who had been injured in car wrecks and those who have been denied social security benefits that they deserve. Her work with Sean and other attorneys in the firm has given her valuable experience in handling car accident and personal injury cases.
Sean and Anna handle car accident and personal injury cases on a daily basis. Let us handle the frustration of dealing with experienced adjusters. It is what we do every day, all day. It is our desire to help you fight the insurance companies to get a fair amount for your injuries.
Personal Inury
The category of law called “personal injury” includes cases involving injury or death to a person as a result of the fault of another.
The most common types of cases are car wrecks, tractor trailer collisions, motorcycle accidents, construction site injuries, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, and social security disability. Our law firm has handled hundreds of cases involving these type of cases including several that have resulted in significant money. These type of cases also include nursing homes and premise liability (people who have been injured at a business from the negligence of the property owner).
