Sean T. Keith

is a native of Rogers, Arkansas and a second generation attorney. Sean completed his undergraduate degree at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Sean began his career as a prosecuting attorney in Logan County, Arkansas, where he had jury trials on several different types of criminal cases, including murder. In 1995, he returned home, where his father Tom Keith, was the Senior Circuit Judge in Benton County for more than twenty years. He started his own firm, Keith and Miller, P.A. with Drew Miller in March of 1995. Since that time, he has handled civil cases exclusively and has handled all areas of litigation from car wrecks to commerical litigation. As the firm grew, Sean’s focus grew more specialized and he currently focuses on the areas of personal injury, including catastrophic injuries and death, pharmaceutical injuries and side effects and consumer class actions.

Sean is an active member in the legal profession and the community. He is a past President of the Benton County Bar Association and has served for ten years as one of twenty-one attorneys across the State on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors. In 2010 he was appointed by Bar President Jim Julian to become Chairman of the Board.  In addition, he serves on the Legislative Committee which reviews all  legislation submitted in Arkansas. He serves as a board member on the Susan G. Komen For The Cure through its Ozark affiliate, is a  former Rotarian, was Commissioner on the Rogers Public Library and has been a Trustee for his church, Central United Methodist in Rogers. He was recognized by Northwest Arkansas Business Matters on their annual 40 Under 40 list of prominent professionals. He resides in Rogers with his wife and two children.
